Ingredients: Coriander Seeds, Turmeric Powder, Pepper, Toor Dal, Matar Dal, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Fenugreek, Red Chili
Preparation: Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a hot pan and fry, 1/2 chopped onion with 3 garlic cloves in low flame for 2 min. And Add 1/4 chopped tomato fry for 1 min. Add 2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of Rasarn powder with salt & tamarin water for your taste. Once the water comes to a boil, Rasarn is ready to serve.
