Lakpura Betel Nut (Areca catechu) Slices

Botanically known as Areca catechu, the betel nut, or more commonly referred to as Areca Nut comes from the Areca palm. We have collected these betel nuts from home gardens and specific farmlands so that they are sliced and packed according to the best safety standards. In Sri Lanka, betel nut is not only chewed along with the betel leaf but also used in the preparation process of traditional Ayurvedic medicines.
