Location 

About 10 minutes away from the sacred city of Kataragama, the Safari Hotel is located in Tissamaharama which is approximately 264km south of the commercial hub of Colombo. The hotel is located within the district of Hambantota while the airport and port is about 30 minutes away. Tissamaharama can be reached via the Colombo - Galle - Hambantota main motor way while it can also be reached via Colombo - Ratnapura - Wellawaya road.

Accommodation 

The Safari in Tissamaharama comprises of 50 guestrooms while guests are given the opportunity to choose between deluxe rooms and suites. There are 47 air-conditioned deluxe rooms which are spread across three blocks of the hotel while there are 3 suites in one block, with one on each floor. The suites have additional living spaces and en-suite dining facilities. All accommodation units are well equipped with modern amenities and en-suite bathrooms.
